SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All items are made to order. Custom printing and production typically take 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to update.

3. LOCAL PICKUP (If Applicable)
If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our location: 10 old berry mills RD Moncton NB.

4. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package is marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at Admin@fitidesignandprinting.com
