RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fiti Design. 

Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, please review our return and replacement terms carefully:

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at Admin@fitidesignandprinting.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) of the affected product and original packaging

We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund for any item affected by production or shipping defects.

2. CUSTOM PRINT & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our printed products (including custom artwork, signage, banners, decals, and personalized apparel), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customer errors in provided artwork, resolution, or design files
- Incorrect sizes or dimensions selected at the time of purchase
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after production has started

3. CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing [Your Email Address]. Once production or printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

4. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
