OVERVIEW
This website is operated by FiTi Design & Printing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FiTi Design & Printing. FiTi Design & Printing offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM PRINTING & ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
1. Client Responsibility & Copyright: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for any artwork, logos, graphics, text, or images submitted to FiTi Design & Printing for printing. FiTi Design & Printing assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-submitted materials.
2. Production Proofs: For custom orders requiring proof approval, production will not commence until written approval is received. Once approved, FiTi Design & Printing is not responsible for errors in text, color, layout, or dimensions that were present in the approved proof.
3. Color Accuracy & Print Variations: Due to differences in monitor displays, substrate materials, and print media (e.g., vinyl, canvas, paper), slight variations in color and finish may occur between digital screen previews and final physical prints.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & AGENTIC PLATFORMS
We may provide access to third-party tools, sales channels, or AI discovery platforms (including automated chat agents, AI search features, or third-party marketplaces) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and ”as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
